Description

Off-Grid Campsite #1 is affectionately known as “D&K’s site” as they were the first ‘unofficial’ Woodbush Eco Camping guests.

D&K’s Campsite #1 Details:

  • Off-grid / Boondocking
  • Very limited facilities
  • No electrical points / no electricity
  • No showers
  • Water available in JoJo tanks (next to the Semi Off-grid ablutions)
  • Eco-compost toilets (non-flush) available (next to the Semi off-grid ablutions)
  • +- 10m x 10m in diameter
  • One dog per campsite allowed by arrangement (see Campground Rules)
  • Maximum of 6 people per campsite
  • Cellphone signal
  • Accessible to 4×4’s, SUV’s, Tents, Off-Road Caravans. Smaller/lighter vehicles might have more difficulty, especially in very wet weather.

When staying at Woodbush Eco Campsite, guests will be able to enjoy free access to the various trails, pathways, forests and grasslands onsite. There are other trails offsite in the Magoebaskloof and Tzaneen area which can also be visited at your leisure.

Woobush Eco Campsite has amazing small forests onsite within walking distance which can be explored as well the Black Forest very close by. The Magoebaskloof Forests can also be visited a short drive away.
